Bryce Dallas Howard reveals she was pressured to lose weight for ‘Jurassic World’ movies

Bryce Dallas Howard – The Jurassic WorldFranchise revealed that she was under pressure to lose weight. Dominion.

Interview with Metro UK, the actress said, “How do I say this … [I’ve] been asked to not use my natural body in cinema.”

Howard, who played the role of the lead woman in the films Jurassic World(2015) Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom(2018). She stated that she was asked if she wanted to lose weight for the films, and that it “came back up.” Jurassic World DominionIt was released in June. But she was kind enough to praise Colin Trevorrow, the film’s director for standing by her.

Speaking about Trevorrow, she said, “On the third movie, it was actually because there were so many women cast, it was something that Colin felt very strongly about in terms of protecting me.”

She said that he was like “There are lots and different types of women on the planet and lots and lots of different types of women in our movie,” and she did many stunts that would not have been possible if he had been dieting.

The 44-year-old actress stated that she was “really delighted” to be able perform stunts with her body at her “maximum strength” and believes that this would encourage other directors and producers to put less emphasis on a woman’s weight and more attention on her abilities.

Howard is joined by DeWanda Wise and Chris Pratt. Jeff Goldblum (Laura Dern) and Sam Neill are also featured in the movie.

Wise also spoke in the interview and agreed with her co-star. She talked about the difficulties she faced while playing Kayla Watts in science fiction movies.

“It’s always something. Kayla getting muscle, and what it meant to be a woman to look like one, was met with resistance. It’s just every side, it’s relentless and impossible,” Wise told the outlet.

Howard claims that it is “uncommon” to witness such diversity on film sets, despite the fact that actresses said there were “more men than women” in the film.

It might be mentioned that DominionThe Jurassic World’s third film, titled “The Third Film in the Jurassic World Series”, is set four years after 2018’s events. Fallen KingdomIt also features dinosaurs living alongside humans.
