Soccer players in Gori, Georgia geared up to face each other on the field, but they didn’t expect what would happen next.
A very energetic black Labrador Retriever ran onto the field in the middle of the match. It’s unknown where the dog came from, but he certainly made it known that he was there to have a good time and wasn’t going to leave until he got some much-needed belly rubs!
He ran for several minutes around the field, waving his tail and running. Finally, he settled down in front one of his goalkeepers and rolled on his back, hoping to get some belly rubs.
Two vets arrived on the field to treat the hyper dog. However, he was able to relax and be a good sport. It was not an easy task to get the dog out of the field.
The dog was following the lead of another player who tried to drag the dog off the field. But as soon as the pup realized the player’s plan, he sprinted off in the other direction.
The dog was eventually led off the field towards the stands. The dog interrupted the game but gave everyone a good time and some exercise.
