Black Friday Amazon Deals: Kindles and Echo speakers, Fire TV devices, and More

Amazon now has two Prime Days per annum, so you might think that they are running out of deals. But that’s not the case. Black Friday deals are plentiful at the world’s biggest retailer, with discounts available on their own devices. To get the best savings, you don’t even need to be Prime member. 

Amazon sells a variety of hardware including Echo smart speakers and Fire tablets, as well as Kindles and Kindles. Many come with Amazon’s smart AI assistant Alexa. This allows you to control your smart home from anywhere, and unify it all by speaking. Many of these deals are cheaper than Prime Day, making it a great time for those who want to gift a Kindle or ring the new year with an Alexa enabled Echo Show. These are the best Amazon deals we could find on Black Friday.

Amazon has so many Echo options it’s difficult to keep track of them all. This is the original EchoThe very first smart speaker to bring Alexa into your home, the. Black Friday is a great time to get it for $50. This is the fourth generation of the speaker. It was released in 2020 and features a completely new spherical design. It was given a new look by us. The sound quality was good, but we found that the Echos can be paired together to create a room-filling, rich sound. They are now half the price so it is easier to get two.

The name and appearance of the resemble its title. Echo DotThis is the smallest Echo member, and a speaker that brings Alexa’s capabilities to your home in a more discreet way. It’s currently on sale for $25, which is half the usual MSRP of $50. This discount marks the first time this generation has been offered. Gen 5 was released in October. It includes an upgraded speaker and a temperature sensor that can be paired up with your smart thermostat. In addition to being a speaker, the new Dot also acts as a mesh WiFi node, extending the range of your WiFi coverage by an extra 1,000 feet — provided you’re using Amazon’s Eero WiFi routers, which are discounted below.

Echo StudioThis is the Echo smart speaker in a larger and more powerful version. It can deliver high-resolution audio. It is normally $200, and rarely goes up for sale. But, Black Friday offers $45 off its list price. The Studio was given an Ananka Award. In our review, 88According to Amazon, the smart speaker line-up’s audio component was finally in place. Amazon clearly wants to compete with Sonos and Bose smart speaker makers by having a bigger speaker array and build. It does a wonderful job of it. The Studio is also a good option for home theater. This is the latest generation, which was released in 2020. Amazon promises to continue providing security updates and software updates for at most four years, even if a newer version of the Studio comes out.

The Echo Show 5Black Friday Sale: 35 percent off the usual $85 price. The Echo Show series adds a screen to its smart speaker system, creating a smart home hub as well as an entertainment center. You can read e-books from your tablet or phone but it can be tiring on your eyes. E-readers that use eink are more comfortable than OLED panels or LCDs. The Amazon KindleIt is the most well-known e-reader, and you can get $15 off right now for Black Friday. This is the 11th generation of the original Kindle. It was released in October. The ad-supported model costs $100 and the non-advertised model $120. The new edition now has a 300 ppi display (pixels per inches) that’s comparable to the Paperwhite. This Kindle edition is the smallest, but it has a 16 GB capacity which takes a while to fill with regular e books.

The model with the highest price tag is the Kindle Oasis. For the 8GB ad-supported version, it’s $250 and $270 respectively. Lockscreen ads not available. The 32GB models are $30 more expensive. Amazon has reduced the list price by $95 for Black Friday. The Oasis’ screen is not wall-to-wall, unlike other Kindles. There’s a large rectangular bezel along the landscape edge that has physical buttons to turn pages. Some may remember this feature from older-model Kindles. The screen is seven inches wide, and it has the same 300 ppi resolution as the Paperwhite models.

Amazon’s smart TVs can be turned into any type of device with an HDMI port. Fire TV Stick 4KIt is well worth the $50 MSRP. This is even more worth it when you get $25 off Black Friday. This version is best for 4K monitors and TVs. It supports Dolby Vision, 4K ultra HD, HDR10+, and 4K Ultra HD. To call up your favorite streaming apps and shows, simply connect the HDMI dongle directly to your TV or monitor using the Alexa remote.

If your routers are capable of supporting WiFi 6, you will probably want to upgrade to the latest version. Fire TV Stick 4K Max. It normally sells for $55, but is currently on sale for $35. It can also control Alexa-enabled devices such as Ring Doorbells and allows you to view and control them.

It’s fine if you have a separate remote that performs those functions.
