Before-and-after Photos of Iran Drone Strike in Kyiv

  • According to the state emergency body, Russia attacked Kyiv using drones and killed at least three people.
  • Multiple Ukrainian officials claimed that Russia used drones made in Iran for Monday morning strikes.

Photos before-and-after show a drone striking Kyiv Monday morning in an attack by Russia. Officials from Ukraine claim that it was part of “suicide drones” made by Iran.

Above are two images showing the distinctive Shahed136 drone with its delta-shaped design pointing at a target located in Kiev.

Yasuyoshi Chuba, a photographer with the AFP news agency captured it. It wasn’t immediately clear where the strike occurred.

The first image shows the drone flying past trees and a lamppost. The second photo shows a fiery explosion along the wall’s far side. A person appears to have run and another is seen taking cover on a sidewalk.

Serhiy Krak, head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES), Three people were shot to death. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko 28 drones were flown towards the city.

Klitschko, along with other Ukrainian officials, included President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stated that Russia had used “kamikaze drones.” These are drones that explode upon impact.

Multiple Ukrainian officials have identified the drones to be Iranian-made, and they are increasingly being seen on the battlefield of Ukraine.

Experts previously stated that drones are inexpensive and simple to use. Russia could use many of them. Michael Peck of Insider.

This could lead to Russia capturing Ukrainian forces using drones. Ukraine may lose one advantage that drones have: They are slow and low-flying, making them relatively easy to shoot down.
