Marvel’s Armor WarsAs reported by,, which was originally intended to be a Disney Plus Series, is currently being developed into a movie. The Hollywood Reporter (THR).
Armor WarsIt was originally planned to be part of Phases 5 and 6 of Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, Disney’s streaming service didn’t yet have a release date.

It was previously revealed that it would be a six-episode Disney Plus series, which would start filming next spring.
THR reports that the production will be delayed because Disney Plus will now be released theatrically. But Don Cheadle will be back to reprise his role of James Rhodes. The change was made in order to tell the story “the right way”.
Marvel’s Secret InvasionIts first trailer was unveiled at Disney’s D23 Expo earlier in the month. Armor WarsSecret Invasion will continue from where it left off, and will include several new suits of armor designed for James Rhodes/War Machine. It will be about Rhodes’s battle with Iron Man’s (Tony Stark) technology.
As Cheadle put it, Armor Wars is “an opportunity to take the mythology and tip it on its head a little bit and come up with different ways to tell the story, so it’s doing that and has done that in spades.”
The most popular Armor Wars Bob Layton and David Micheline wrote the comic story, which was illustrated by Mark D. Bright & Barry Windsor-Smith.
