New England Paranormal Investigators, (PI-NE), is a team consisting of nine individuals. Vermont is where the company is headquarteredIf you call them about concerns regarding a resident spirit, ghost or apparition, they’ll come out to investigate.

When you watch the video about the case in question — you be the judge of what was going on there.

“Typically, when people reach out, they are at an extreme level of desperation and want us there as soon possible to determine what’s happening,” Betty Miller (the group’s director) told Fox News Digital by email.

“Most commonly, we hear the client say, ‘I just want to know if I’m crazy,’ or ‘Is this really happening?’”

Miller has been investigating ghosts ever since 2008.

PI-NE was established in 2004.

People experiencing Ghostly events “want someone to verify what they are experiencing and if possible, explore why — or the source,” said Miller.

They fill out a form on PI-NE’s website — and the team will evaluate the case.

Miller stated that apparitions are very rare, and even more difficult to capture on camera.

She said, “I had one complete apparition that stood watch over me when I was asleep,”

“It’s a life-changing experience because it doesn’t make sense to the logical mind. We humans find it in our nature. There is an explanation for everything — and then this happens.”

The basic audio recorder is her most used, tool, Miller said.

“There’s always new equipment in the field. We have lots of it, which is great, but it always drives back the audio recorder.”

With a goal of taking “something that is non-physical” and making it “tangible,” she explained that “when you have a voice responding to you through the audio recorder that you did not hear in real time, you now have something solid that can’t be disputed. And that’s very exciting.”

A new member was recently added to the team. New Hampshire divisionMiller stated that they are “very excited” about it.

Jason Engel, team member and head of the New Hampshire branch shared his experience with apparitions.

“We were investigating reports of activity around an old, abandoned sugar shack on a property. My fellow investigator and me stepped out of the shack to see it after hearing the sounds and knocks of someone outside.

He claimed that in one of the windows of the shack with no glass panes, “a Light began to Form, for Lack of a Better Word.”

He said that the light started to intensify and “come into focus.”

He said that the “slowly, but discernible, face of what appeared as a woman with dark hair began becoming more distinct, but it was still fuzzy and not fully formed.”

He said, “I took an extra step and shined my lights toward the figure, which immediately vanished.”

The investigators decided to not share their notes on the spot, but they waited until the rest of team arrived to discuss.

When they did, he said “we both described exactly the same thing”.

“Definitely, this was an experience that has stayed with me,” he added.

Engel said there are two types of haunting — “intelligent or residual,” he said.

A residual haunting is one in which “the phenomenon … repeats itself over and over in the same exact way” and does not interact with the people in the environment.

It’s almost like “a recording playing back over and over — only it’s played in our reality, our current time and space,” he said.

A “crisis apparition” is one that died suddenly or unexpectedly — and “they sometimes don’t know that they’re dead.”

“An intelligent haunt is one that interacts with occupants or visitors to the location — and experiences vary and are not necessarily repeated.”

For PI-NE investigator Steve Sicard, there are “many reasons” that Spirits are always with usThere are many reasons, but the most important may be unfinished business.

Sicard stated that “they are stuck on Earth as a residual spirit repeating their same chores and actions on a regular basis.”

He noted that a “crisis apparition” is one that died suddenly or unexpectedly, and “they sometimes don’t know that they’re dead.”

Ghostly experiences of team members

Team member Karen Keene began investigating the paranormal in 2009.

“I saw in 2013 what I consider to be a shadow. [on]The night My mother-in law“She has passed away,” she said to Fox News Digital via an emailed message.

“I asked him why he was on the sofa — he said ‘Grammy’ wanted him to sit with her on the sofa and they were going to watch their favorite movie.”

“I heard footsteps going up the stairs. I thought it might be my son. He was 13 years old at the time, and was sleeping in a downstairs chair. [he had]Shoulder surgery.

She heard footsteps and saw “a dark figure” at the top of the stairs just outside her bedroom door.

She said, “The figure turned and walked along the hall. Knowing every bed was taken with my husband’s family, I jumped up and told my son he couldn’t go to his room.”

She said she received no answer after calling her son’s name, so “I turned on the light and no one was there.”

She continued, “I wasn’t sure if that is what it was, but the next morning my son was not in the chair but [was lying]”Sit on his back on the sofa.”

She continued, “He wasn’t supposed to sleep like this with a sling around his arm,” she said.

“I asked him why he was on the sofa — he said ‘Grammy’ wanted him to sit with her on the sofa and they were going to watch their favorite movie.”

HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS AND COSTUMES THAT ARE TRENDY THIS YEAR FOR ‘HALLOWEEKEND CELEBRATIONS’

Explaining that her son was “very sad” to realize his grandmother was gone, she said he “didn’t know what to think of what had just happened.”

“I personally never ask, ‘Do you know you’re dead?'”

Keene said, “The fact that he had his experience validated my own that night.” “My mother in law came to my house to say her farewells.”

Kathy Eastman, a member of the team, said that she has seen apparitions throughout her life and that sometimes “spirits are stuck here sometimes.”

Fox News Digital’s Sheryl Byrne said that some spirits are traumatized and don’t realize they have died. “Some spirits choose not to be with their loved ones, such as those who were married for a very long time.

She said, “Some spirits don’t want to cross because they fear having to pay for the wrong thing that they have done.”

HALLOWEEN 2022: THIS YEAR, THESE DECORATIONS AND COOSTUMES COULD BE MONEY MONSTERS

Miller, director of PI-NE, stated that there is “a plethora” of spirits and many “possible causes why they stay around.”

She stated that there are reasons that are not so pleasant and can be considered “demonic” or “never even human.” She stated that the topic is “a rabbit hole to explore.”

She added, “But I can assure you that it exists.” “In a case of a traumatic departure from earth, it’s true some may not realize they are dead. I personally never ask, ‘Do you know you’re dead?’”

She called this approach “pretty harsh.”

The PI-NE website, www.pi-ne.org, indicates that the team’s services are free — and that they investigate all types of potentially paranormal events.
