According to a massage therapist, Mel Gibson was first told by Harvey Weinstein that she had sexually assaulted her.

A woman known as Jane Doe testified Wednesday in Los Angeles that she was the one who first revealed to Mel Gibson that she had been sexually assaulted. Harvey Weinstein. 

The woman, a well-known massage therapist with famous clients said that after Weinstein gave her a massage at the Beverly Hills hotel in Beverly Hills, in 2010, he followed her to the bathroom and started masturbating in front her. 

She told him she was curious and asked him about his activities. He then said it was wrong and to stop. He then shoved her against a wall. She grabbed her breasts.She spoke. 

“I was terrified. “I thought I was about being raped,” she said. He later came out of hiding after she had reluctantly allowed her to massage him once more and, on the third visit, masturbated right in front.

She declined any money from him at that point, saying she was “disgusted”. It happened again and again, and it embarrassed her enough to not talk about it. 

“That’s one of the reasons why I didn’t want to come forward,” she said, “because this is embarrassing.”

She said that he approached her socially for the fourth time and asked her to be alone. He then began masturbating and trying grab her. She testifiedShe screamed and was “humiliated.”

Mel Gibson, one her clients, told her she had told her about Weinstein during a massage. 

She said, “I was in shock and started to cry.” “He was the one that I finally spoke with about my experience. I told him that he sexually assaulted me, but I didn’t want to get into all the details, I was embarrassed and humiliated.”

Gibson is expected as a witness.

She said at the time she was afraid she would lose her “high-end clients” if she “went public that I was sexually assaulted by Harvey Weinstein, and I didn’t win.” 

She said that she initially reported only the first incident of the attack to police. Later, she revealed all other incidents in interviews with authorities. 

She is one eight women expected to testify during the trial.

Weinstein, aged 70, is currently facing 11 counts for rape, and sexual assault in California.
