Joey Wagner, a Nova Scotia marine, did more than the call of duty to rescue a Pit Bull puppy on the verge of death. Wagner quickly rescued the pup from mange infestation and took action! Wagner brought the pup to the vet immediately for treatment. Thankfully, his quick thinking saved the pup’s life. Because of his luck in life, the medical team named him Mojo.
The medical team didn’t want Mojo to be adopted out traditionally. So they reached out naturally to someone very special to inquire if he would offer his home to Mojo. It was obvious that he had already opened his heart…
Wagner returned to the clinic to meet his new puppy. He was treated in an extraordinary way. Mojo was overjoyed to see the man who saved his life. It’s clear that he was conscious of Wagner, and the decision he made to reunite them was brilliant indeed.

Mojo is now three and doing great! He lives happily with Wagner, his family, is very happy and content. Rumor has it that he’s quite spoiled (and we are totally on board with that!)
