Multiple reports have indicated that the Jets will send Jacksonville a sixth round conditional pick that could become a fifth round pick in exchange Robinson.
New York also confirmed that it had lost a rookie runner on the same day. Breece HallThe meniscus and torn ACL injuries will keep Hall out of the game for the remainder. Hall was ruled out of Sunday’s game in the second quarter with the knee injury. After running for 2-yards in the second quarter, Hall was able to stay down. Trainers helped him off the field before he was taken to the locker area.
Hall entered Sunday’s game as the Jets’ leading rusher, with 391 yards. He also had 19 receptions of 218 yards.
New York’s acquisition of Robinson brings a proven playmaker to New York’s offense. Robinson only played 12 offensive snaps during the Jaguars’ loss to the Giants Sunday and had seen his usage in Jacksonville’s offense slip as second-year running back Travis Etienne’s role grew. Still he’s tallied 340 rushing yards and three touchdowns this season.
